The team has worked really hard with the RDNA program.  This is to future proof nursing within General Practice. 

We know there is a Nursing crisis with a lot of Nurses retiring.  The work they have done also gives young people and people who may not have had the same opportunities to to become Nurses without the need to give us there job and become a full time student. 

This has taken many hours, sweat and tears but due to the passion this is now a reality.
