Michelle is an absolute joy to work with. I always have a more positive day when she is working in our team. She is always smiling, checking in on others, and provides thoughtful little gestures of kindness and well being for other members of staff... from offering to make brews to leaving messages on sticky notes for you to walk in to in the morning.
