Lily is a very fast learner and is always willing to help out with whatever needs doing, even if it not something she particularly prefers to do. She is very much appreciated for all the work she does to make our team a great one.

Michael is always there for his team and also the wider team based in different PCNs. I feel he is very approachable, knowledgeable and supportive with any issues staff have involving patients, IT or wellbeing. He is always going out of his way to help improve the team such as organising meetings with services to gain more knowledge and also checking in on staff to see how they are doing. I would say Michael is very worthy of this recognition.

Lucy is a breath of fresh air in our office she provides a safe place for all members of staff with in our surgery. Lucy is our practice manager and she goes above and beyond within her role to ensure our practice meets all our criteria whilst also often providing advice and training - I would say Lucy goes above and beyond with everything she does.

Michelle always goes above and beyond for patients. Often staying later for those patients running late, or going out of her way to ensure patient care. She is a real asset to our team.

Always goes the extra mile to make sure her staff are happy and always has our back

Michael is a kind, caring gentleman. He goes out of his way to help the team. He has taken time out to help with things such as making sure we all have the updated spreadsheets, support with IT, support with printer issues when its not working, he is a fantastic listener and has supported more than one member of the team. I feel that he is deserving of this award and this should be recognized. I can not thank him enough for all his help!

Nicola (and the rest of the pharmacy team too!) goes above and beyond to help and support our team of clinicians. She is very knowledgeable and focused and has worked really hard this year to achieve her goals including doing those dreaded prescribing exams. She is always willing to help clinicians with queries and goes out of her way to ensure that patients are cared for appropriately and safely. She also works very hard with some of our more challenging patients trying to ensure they are being prescribed safe amounts of controlled drugs. Even though the job is challenging she clearly thrives in this role.
